The best place to start your day off for over 25 years. Hearty Vermont breakfasts featuring pancakes with maple syrup, farm fresh eggs delivered daily, homemade breads, coffee from local organic Vermont Coffee Company, and muffins baked fresh each morning.

  • The Vermonter:
    Choice of juice, two local farm fresh eggs any style, bacon, sausage or ham with toast or muffins, beverage.
  • The Sunrise:
    Choice of juice, two local farm fresh eggs any style, with toast or muffins and beverage.
  • The Backpacker:
    Freshly squeezed orange juice, hot or cold cereal with fresh fruit, toast with honey or jams, herbal tea.
  • The Smuggler:
    Choice of juice, two slices of French Toast with a flurry of powdered sugar and Vermont maple syrup, bacon or ham, beverage.
  • The Lumberjack:
    Choice of juice, country style griddle cakes with wild blueberries or fresh apples, Vermont maple syrup and bacon, sausage or ham. 
  • The Mountaineer:
    Choice of juice, cheese or plain omelet, served with toast, homefries and beverage. With additional filling.
  • Eggs Mansfield:
    Two English Muffin halves stacked with delicious ham, farm fresh eggs, and topped with Vermont cheddar cheese. Served with sliced orange and apple, beverage.
  • The Hilltopper:
    Choice of juice, freshly made waffle with Vermont maple syrup, bacon, sausage or ham, beverage.
  • The Summit:
    Petite breakfast steak crowned with sunny egg, home fries, toast or muffins, beverage. *Subject to a surcharge on package plans.
