• $90 for 60 minutes, $115 for 90 minutes
• Smooth hot stones are used bringing relief to tense muscles, sore joints, stressed emotions.

Herbal Wrap

• $100 for 60 minutes, $125 for 90 minutes

• $40 for 30 minutes
• Your child will discover relaxation and fun when they get to choose from our exciting selection of "kids only" oils such as chocolate and cotton candy

• Long gliding strokes rejuvenating, relaxing, promoting a state of tranquility.

Therapeutic Massage

• For Management of chronic pain/tension or recovery from injury. Deep tissue, sculpting, triggerpoint and myfascial release may be used.

Sports Massage

• Pre or post event therapy to enhance performance in or recovery from an event.

Aromatherapy

• Natural essential oils blended with a neutral base oil. Used to improve well being.

Herbal Wrap

• After applying hot towels, we exfoliate your skin with an aromoatic body scrub and sea salt. We then massage with an herbal cream of your choice. As you are wrapped in a warm moist cocoon, the herbs will work their magic encouraging toxin elimination as we massage your head and neck.

Reiki

• Ancient form of hands-on energy balancing. Very gentle, non-invasive, suports self healing in a holistic manner by holding energy points.

Reflexology

• Reflex points on the feet are massaged to revitalize tired feet and balance entire body.

Energy Massage

• Helps bring your body, mind and spirit back into balance. Techniques used will vary according to individual needs and could include Reiki, polarity therapy, cranial sacral, Jin Shin Do, and accupressure.
