Smuggler's Notch State ParkNamed for the smuggling trade that arose in the area after trade embargoes with Canada in the 1800s and during the Prohibition era, Smugglers' Notch State Park is a popular Vermont destination. Winding through the scenic Green Mountains, the park is filled with stunning natural features such as 1,000-foot cliffs, flowing waterfalls, and unique rock formations and offers visitors a wide range of year-round outdoor activities, including swimming, fishing, hiking, and camping.
Prices -Day entry fees are $3 for adults, $2 for children (4-13), and free for children under age 4.
Hours -Open daily from 10am-sunset.
