Fill up on hearty Vermont favorites like pancakes with maple syrup, farm raised eggs, fresh baked muffins, and local organic coffee. The Nest is open for guests and the public for breakfast from 7am-11am on weekends, and from 7am-10:30am weekdays, in season.
Golden Eagle's restaurant has been serving delicious breakfasts to guests and visitors since 1965. Our commitment to use local products whenever possible in an effort to not only have the freshest possible ingredients, but we also feel it is vital to support small local business and Vermont agriculture.
Our eggs are supplied straight from the poultry farm of Lester Adams in Stowe. All of our milk comes to us from Mansfield Dairy of Stowe. Butter & cheese are from the Cabot Creamery in Cabot, Vermont. Vermont Coffee Company in Middlebury, Vermont supplies our coffee. Most our breads and muffins are all baked on our premise daily, however our toasting breads are made by local artisan bakers. And, breakfast in Vermont would not be the same without our 100% natural Vermont Maple Syrup.
