Holly Cook

After an excellent grounding in massage certification studies in VT, Holly has gone on to integrate further training in Myofascial Release, Polarity and other energy therapies, Myoskeletal Therapy, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapies as well as deepening work in Reflexology. Her work is also informed by studies in Herbology, Nutrition, Chinese Traditional Medicine, Active Isolated Stretching and a fascination with epigenetics and other ground-breaking work in the mind and environment's influence on the body and the expression of genetic traits. Her bodywork is intuitive, and evolves as she senses into what the needs of your body are, as well as listening to your story and your felt-needs. She will often incorporate hot towels and other amenities into your session, if desired at no extra cost. The session can be in complete silence, or as chatty as you like!

Sonja Ennis

Sonja Ennis has been practicing the art of massage therapy for 25 years and Esthetics for 14 years. She is a graduate of Johnson State College with a B.S. in Health Science, a graduate of The Vermont School of Professional Massage and The Vermont School of Cosmetology.

She incorporates a blend of massage modalities she has acquired over the years through study and practice. Each massage is unique to the individual. Modalities used could include: Swedish, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Compression, Sports, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Holding, Rocking and PNF. She also practices energy techniques including: Reiki, Chakra Balancing and North American Indigenous energy healing techniques. In addition to these modalities she is also well versed in alternative medicine practices: Herbalism, supplements, organic gardening, food combining, cooking, juicing, meditation, crystals and sound therapy/healing. She has also developed an organic skin care line, Sonjare, for all skin types.
